Veda Concierge provides an AI-powered conversational agent designed for hotels and hospitality businesses. Our service automates guest communication, including FAQs, local recommendations, and lead capture.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you represent that:

• You are an authorized representative of a hospitality business.
• You will not use the AI to generate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• You understand that while our AI is highly advanced, it is not human and may occasionally generate incorrect information ("hallucinations"). It is your responsibility to verify critical operational data.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veda Concierge and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services;
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Veda Concierge. The "Veda" name and logo are trademarks of Veda Concierge.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
